Vee
chat assistant that answers questions about the organisation's people data
Answers questions about the organisation's people data asked in plain language, with charts, asking for clarification where a question is unclear and explaining what the numbers mean and what to look at next. The newer Vee 2.0 works through complex questions in several steps, explains whole analyses, cites the charts behind each insight, and follows instructions and safeguards an administrator sets for tone and detail. Which experience an organisation has depends on its configuration and on each user's assigned capabilities.
Vee Boards
AI explanations written over executive analyses
Turns an analysis into a plain-language narrative for leaders: a large language model summarises the key insights in its charts, points out areas of concern, trends and outliers, explains what contributed to them and suggests where to focus. The data in the board is sent to the language model with a prompt, each insight cites the chart it came from, and users see only the data they are allowed to see. Visier provides prebuilt boards for executives, such as talent density, people cost and manager bench strength.
Predictive models
predict each employee's risk of resigning and likelihood of promotion or an internal move
Gives each active employee a predicted likelihood of resigning, being promoted or moving to another internal job within the next year, using random-forest models trained on the organisation's own history of these events; the predictions are refreshed weekly. Users can list employees sorted by their prediction score. Unless excluded, the models also take account of the employee's peers, direct reports and manager.
AI insight analyses
when someone leaves, finds teammates who are similar and may be at risk of leaving
Generates analyses about a selected employee or an event, such as a recent exit: Visier's algorithms find colleagues who are similar to the person who left, by attributes such as tenure, time since promotion and job, and show them as possibly at risk of leaving. Analyses can be emailed automatically to managers when a trigger such as an exit in their team occurs, or opened at any time from an individual in the Detailed View.
AI text summary
summarises long text such as survey answers and performance review comments
Summarises long text data held in Visier, such as employee survey responses, performance review comments or job descriptions, to bring out key themes; the summary is shown in its own tab beside the original text and can be shown as a card in an analysis. Users without the right permissions see the original text instead.
Studio Agent
AI assistant for administrators that answers set-up questions and can change the data model
An assistant inside Studio, Visier's administration area, that answers questions about setting up and running Visier and explains formulas. In its Build mode it proposes a plan for changes to the data model and then carries them out in a project; in Advise mode it makes no changes.
