AI blocks
AI actions in board columns, automations and workflows, such as summarising, sorting, extracting and writing
The AI building blocks behind AI-powered columns, automations and workflows. Once set up on a board they run on each item automatically: assigning labels or people, summarising, improving or translating text, detecting sentiment, writing text, extracting details from files such as invoices, CVs and contracts, generating documents, or following a custom prompt, which can also search the web through a third-party provider.

monday sidekick
an AI assistant that answers questions about your work and acts for you
A chat assistant built into monday.com that uses the user’s boards, docs, files and connected apps, and the web, to answer questions, spot delays and trends, and create documents, images and boards. It can also act for the user: creating, updating or deleting items, sending messages and emails, filling in forms and browsing websites, with spoken confirmation of important actions in voice mode. It remembers facts learned from conversations, which the user can view and delete.

monday vibe
an AI app builder that turns a written or spoken request into a custom app
Builds custom business apps on monday.com from a written or spoken description, refined through a chat, without code. The apps can use data from up to five boards, and can themselves use AI or search the web when they run, for example as a chatbot or to write AI insights back into board items.

AI Notetaker
joins or records meetings, transcribes them and writes summaries and action items
Joins Zoom, Teams and Google Meet calls as a guest, or records them from a desktop app without joining as a participant, then transcribes the meeting in real time, identifies speakers and makes a video recording. Afterwards it writes summaries, highlights and action items that can go straight to a board, offers an AI chat about the meeting, and shows how long each participant spoke. Each user can set it to join meetings automatically, and an organisation’s own AI agents can join meetings alongside it and answer in the meeting chat.

AI agent builder
build your own AI agents that monitor boards and carry out work on a schedule or trigger
Lets an organisation build its own AI agents from a plain-language description or a template, including HR templates. An agent works from chosen boards, docs and tools, decides what to do within the rules it is given, and acts: triaging and routing requests, assigning owners, changing statuses, drafting messages and following up. Agents run on triggers or schedules, including when nobody is working, can talk to people through WhatsApp and Telegram, and can be shared across the organisation and paused at any time.

Chase
a monday-built agent that chases task owners for updates and changes the project board
A ready-made monday agent for project boards. On a schedule it looks for items that are overdue, stalled or have no owner, messages the person responsible in monday updates or Slack with a specific question, reads their reply and updates the board. It only takes the actions the project owner approves, and shows a dry run before it starts.

AI Sales Agent
a monday CRM agent that phones leads with an AI voice and follows up by text message
In monday CRM, makes outbound phone calls to leads with an AI-generated voice and sends follow-up text messages, started by an automation such as a lead’s status changing. Each call is logged on the lead with a summary, transcript and outcome. Calls cannot be handed to a person, and the agent is only available in the United States.

Service AI agents
AI agents in monday service that answer requesters’ questions and route tickets
In monday service, teams of AI agents answer requests that come in through a portal chat, email, Microsoft Teams or forms, on topics such as IT, benefits, payroll and onboarding. A supervisor agent routes each request to the agent whose scope fits, and hands it to a person if no agent fits or the knowledge is too thin. Agents answer from the documents, websites, boards and connected sources they are given, and monday warns that matching content is not checked against who is asking, so personal information in those sources can appear in replies.

Service Proactive AI Suggestions
sidekick in monday service scans open tickets by itself and suggests merging duplicates
In monday service, sidekick checks recent open tickets in the background without being asked, compares their titles and descriptions for similar meaning, and when it finds likely duplicates from the same requester it flags them and prepares a merge. A person reviews the pair and confirms before anything is merged.

monday AI
smaller AI features with no setting of their own, covered only by the account-wide AI switch
Seven smaller AI features that have no setting of their own: AI workflows (builds multi-step workflows from a plain-language description and can run AI steps in them), the Emails & Activities timeline summary and AI email assistant in monday CRM, the Deal Insights widget (flags CRM deals at risk, including from a lack of sales-rep activity, and recommends actions), portfolio Risk Insights (daily AI list of project risks), AI resource assignment (suggests team members to staff projects), Suggested tasks to start in monday dev (suggests what to work on next), and the built-in helpers that write updates and docs, set filters, suggest columns, build formulas, forms, views and boards from a prompt. All of them stop only when the account-wide Enable monday AI switch is turned off. monday.com’s help pages disagree on where that switch is: the AI Permissions and Governance page puts it under Administration, AI Governance, Settings, while the older Get started with monday AI page puts it under Administration, Customization, Features.
