AI matching of each applicant's resume against the job description
Compares each applicant's resume with the job description they applied to, labels the candidates it judges a match, and shows a summary of their strengths and areas to clarify on their profile. Jobvite: “A candidate whose job match is low will not have a Talent Fit label.” It processes new applications only, not earlier ones, and reprocesses a candidate when the job description or their resume changes. It is switched on for the account and then requisition by requisition, and is off by default for new requisitions.
Auto Talent Rediscovery

When a new job opens, searches the company's talent pools and previous applicants for people whose certifications, skills and experience match those of hires for similar positions, adds them to the job and, if set up to, emails them an invitation to apply. Jobvite: “In Recruitment Marketing (RM), Auto Talent Rediscovery (formerly Zero-Click Intelligent Sourcing (ZCIS)) is an AI-powered sourcing solution that enables customers to automatically receive recommended candidates and send high-quality candidate invitations to apply for open job requisitions without requiring any recruiter action.” It is turned on through Jobvite's support team and then set up as rules for lists of jobs, each of which can be turned off.
Job Description Grader
AI review of a job description for biased wording, readability and sentiment
Checks a job description a recruiter writes or pastes into a requisition and returns a report on its wording. Jobvite: “Using artificial intelligence (AI), the Job Description Grader highlights instances of insensitive words and words with potential gender or racial bias and provides feedback on overall readability and sentiment.” It runs only when a user clicks to grade a description, and the user decides whether to copy the result into the requisition. Anyone whose role can create or edit requisitions can use it.

AI form builder
builds onboarding forms from an uploaded PDF and edits or translates them by chat
Builds an onboarding form from a PDF an admin uploads, and lets the admin change it by chatting with the onboarding AI — for example to write form instructions, translate the form into another language or change a field. Jobvite: “In Onboarding, you can upload a PDF and use the AI form builder to create and customize onboarding forms quickly.” A form it builds is saved as a draft and reaches new hires only after an admin publishes and deploys it.
