Auto-categorisation
Sage Copilot sorts new bank transactions into categories and completes the ones it is confident about
Copilot looks at each new transaction from bank feeds and imported statements, compares it with similar past transactions and predicts the most suitable category. Where it is confident it assigns the category and moves the transaction straight to Completed, marked with a Copilot icon; where it is not, it leaves the transaction in Draft for the user to categorise. The user can open any completed transaction and change its category. Sage says it is on by default and can be turned off in Settings, after which new transactions are categorised by hand.
