AI matching ratings
generative AI rates each job application from 0 to 5 against the requisition
Uses generative AI to compare a candidate's application, including details parsed from an uploaded resume, with the job requisition and gives ratings from 0 to 5 for education, experience, skills and overall profile. Recruiting users can show the ratings as columns, filter and compare applications by them, and open a generated summary of the candidate's resume. Administrators choose whether ratings are calculated when an application is created or when it reaches a chosen step of the selection process, and how much weight education, experience and skills carry.
Suggested Candidates
machine-learning matching of candidates to job requisitions, with Similar Candidates, Similar Jobs and Suggested Jobs
Oracle AI Apps matching algorithms suggest candidates for an open job requisition and find candidates whose traits are similar to an existing candidate; the same set-up covers Similar Jobs and Suggested Jobs, which suggest jobs to recruiters and to candidates. A scheduled process sends anonymised requisition and candidate data to Oracle's AI service, and suggestions appear after it has processed them. Each feature is ticked separately by an administrator.
Job Applicant Screening Agent
scores candidate profiles for authenticity to spot fraudulent or AI-generated candidates
An update to Oracle's Job Applicant Screening Agent template adds AI-based authenticity checks: it analyses candidate profiles and gives confidence scores. Oracle presents it as a way for recruiters to identify fraudulent or AI-generated candidates automatically. The agent is set up from its template in AI Agent Studio and only appears for roles an administrator has granted access to.
Job Applicant Advisor
chat agent on a job application that answers questions about the candidate and recommends a salary for the offer
An AI agent on the job application page that answers recruiters' and hiring managers' questions about the application, such as whether the candidate meets the experience or skills asked for, drawing on feedback scores, assessments and background checks. At the offer stage it recommends a salary within the requisition's range, using a candidate fitment score out of 10 (match to the requisition plus interview rating) and the pay of at least 10 comparable employees, explains its reasoning, and drafts the job offer once the user confirms. Oracle says it does not use protected characteristics such as age, gender or race for the recommendation.
Interview Insights
turns interview transcripts into summaries, pre-filled feedback answers and a candidate rating
After a Zoom or Microsoft Teams interview transcribed through Interview Companion, an AI agent analyses the transcript, writes an interview summary and pre-fills the interviewers' feedback questionnaires, including a rating of the candidate where the questionnaire asks for one. Interviewers are notified to review and can change the draft before submitting it. Administrators switch on the summary and the draft feedback separately.
Candidate Sourcing Workspace
finds and ranks matching candidates for future roles and recommends next steps
An AI workspace for recruiters that builds always-on sourcing pools from hiring history and expected hiring needs, identifies matching candidates, and shows the top matches with AI-written summaries of each candidate's overall fit and any mismatches. It recommends actions such as follow-ups, shortlisting and campaigns, and recruiters decide whom to shortlist or remove. It runs on several scheduled agents that an administrator sets up.
Career Coach
AI agent on career sites that recommends jobs to candidates and assesses their fit
An AI agent on the career site that asks candidates about their experience and skills, or reads an uploaded resume, builds a short profile and recommends matching jobs. On job pages and during the application it assesses whether the candidate is a good fit for the job and answers questions about it, including from documents the organisation uploads. If the organisation used Oracle's earlier digital assistant on the site, turning this agent on replaces it.
Job Fit
generative AI rates a candidate's fit for a job from 0 to 5 on the career site
A Job Fit metrics bar at the top of career site job pages uses generative AI to compare the candidate's profile or uploaded resume with the job. It rates their suitability from 0 to 5 for skills, job history, education and other data, with a summary of why they got those scores. Oracle notes the ratings are subjective and based on the data provided. Resume parsing must be active.
Hiring Workspace for Store Managers
AI workspace that surfaces top and recommended candidates and at-risk requisitions
An AI workspace for retail store managers that flags requisitions needing attention, highlights the top new candidates who closely match a requisition, offers AI-recommended candidates and AI-written resume summaries, and generates interview guides. From the workspace managers can advance or reject candidates and send follow-up messages. It relies on the AI matching ratings for job applications being switched on.
Suggested Successors
AI suggests employees for succession plans, with a suggestion strength
When adding candidates to a succession plan, users can ask for AI-based suggestions; each suggested employee comes with a suggestion strength showing how closely they fit the plan. The suggestions can be filtered by business unit, grade or location and sorted by strength.
Succession Planning Guide
succession agent that suggests best-matching successors with a recommendation strength
An AI agent that HR specialists ask in plain language to find potential successors for a role, succession plan, job model or skill area. It suggests employees with a recommendation strength and their relevant skills, using talent-profile sections such as skills, competencies and qualifications, plus assignment, location and organisation details. It works for roles an administrator has granted access to the agent.
Talent Advisor (My Team)
manager agent that summarises a team member's performance, feedback, goals and recognition
An AI agent for managers that answers plain-language questions about a team member's performance evaluations, check-ins, feedback, goals and recognitions, and summarises them for talent reviews. Oracle also positions it to help managers spot high performers and those at risk, and to support promotion and pay recommendations. Data access follows the manager's role and security permissions.
Talent Calibration and Review Workspace
recommends changes to employees' performance, potential and risk-of-loss ratings before talent reviews
An AI workspace for managers preparing talent reviews that recommends adjusting individual employees' performance, potential and risk-of-loss ratings, drawing on check-ins and their sentiment, completed and overdue goals, feedback and the manager's evaluation comments. It shows each employee the manager rated with a recommended adjustment or no change, lets the manager email stakeholders about employees it flags as at risk of loss, and generates a presentation with a talent snapshot for each direct report. Managers review the recommendations; Oracle says ratings are not changed in the workspace itself.
Manager Edge
coaching agent that surfaces each employee's themes, progress and potential risks
An AI coaching agent for managers that analyses an employee's goals, check-ins, feedback, recognition and performance documents from the last two years and surfaces themes, progress, potential risks and suggested coaching for conversations and next steps. Oracle says it does not make employment decisions such as promotions or terminations and avoids sensitive or restricted data. It reads a dataset built by a scheduled process that must be run daily.
Promotion Assistant
evaluates employees' promotion eligibility and recommends whom to promote
An AI agent that helps managers and HR identify and recommend employees for promotion by assessing eligibility against set parameters such as performance ratings, years of service, policies, collective agreements or contracts. It can evaluate all of a manager's direct reports at once, include peer feedback, explain why someone is or is not eligible, write the assignment notes and prepare the promotion, including a new salary, for the manager to submit. It sits alongside the earlier Promotion Advisor agent.
Internal Mobility: Job Fit Advisor
tells an employee how well they fit an internal job and what they are missing
An AI agent on the job details page of Opportunity Marketplace that assesses how well an employee fits the internal job they are viewing, highlights matching skills and gaps, and recommends learning to close the gaps. It also answers questions about the internal mobility policy from documents the organisation uploads.
Role match summary
rates an employee's fit for a career role as good, moderate or no fit
On career role pages in Opportunity Marketplace, an AI agent (the Profile Match Analyst) compares the employee's talent profile with the role's job or position profile and shows a suitability level of good, moderate or no fit, with a score, matching skills, skill and certification gaps, the effort to close them and suggested actions. Its accuracy depends on how complete the employee's profile is.
Job Discovery Advisor
matches employees to internal jobs that fit their profile
An AI agent on the Opportunity Marketplace job list that matches employees to internal job openings based on their current profile data, filters and groups the results, and answers internal mobility policy questions from uploaded documents. It uses only the profile sections the organisation has made available to it.
Manager Concierge Workspace
AI workspace that flags flight risks, risk of loss and pay below midpoint across a manager's team
An AI workspace that pulls together and summarises team information for managers across pay, talent, employment, recruiting and absence. Its team and talent views flag employees identified as flight risks, employees paid below their salary range midpoint, and performance, impact-of-loss and risk-of-loss indicators, alongside pending approvals. Access is given by assigning a privilege to a manager role.
Oracle Fusion Workforce Predictions
predicts worker performance and who is likely to leave voluntarily
Predefined predictive models predict worker performance and voluntary termination, each built on multiple attributes, with what-if analyses. A data-mining process rebuilds the models and makes predictions from scores; Oracle recommends running it at least monthly. Administrators can remove a model or individual attributes, and add their own attributes. If a model is removed, related analytics in flows such as Promote Worker are empty.
AI Assist
writes managers’ evaluation comments in performance documents and summarises feedback
In Redwood performance documents, an AI Assist button generates the manager's evaluation comments for performance and development goals, development tips for competencies, and an overall summary that pulls together participant feedback, anytime feedback and the manager's own comments. Generated text fills only empty fields and the manager can edit it. Oracle says the button is not enabled by default and is made visible through Visual Builder Studio.
Benefits Certification Agent
reviews employees' proof-of-coverage documents and approves or rejects them
An AI agent that reviews certification documents employees upload as proof of external coverage, extracts the relevant data, checks it against pending benefits actions with weighted criteria and a confidence-based match score, and approves or rejects the certification. It keeps an audit trail of each evaluation and decision. Oracle delivers it switched off.
Shift Assignment Assistant
ranks workers for open shifts and recommends who to assign
An AI agent for schedule managers that, when asked in plain language, finds and ranks eligible workers for one or more open shifts using work patterns, availability and preferences, absences, required hours and FTE impact. It returns a ranked table with a score, a recommendation and cautions, and explains what most affected the ranking. Oracle says the score itself is a fixed weighted calculation on scheduling data and the assistant summarises the result.
Recruiting Inbox Screening Agent
screens candidates' messages for abusive content and labels the candidate
An AI agent that scans incoming candidate emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages for abusive or inappropriate content, masks flagged text for users without a special privilege, and tags the candidate with a label the administrator chooses once any message is flagged. Flagged messages are kept from the other recruiting agents and from AI summaries. Authorised users can mark a message as not offensive, which removes the tag when all of a candidate's messages are cleared.
