Experience Platform Agents
Adobe's AI agents, instructed through the AI Assistant chat and coordinated by Agent Orchestrator
Adobe's AI agents for CX Enterprise apps, which users instruct in plain language through the AI Assistant chat, powered by Agent Orchestrator. The named agents manage and optimise audiences, analyse and optimise customer journeys, find content and create visual variants of assets, migrate and update websites and forms, check content against brand policies, and troubleshoot problems and open support tickets. The agents work from the user's input and can only reach the data and tasks that user is already allowed in the app. Adobe's pages disagree on access: its newer pages say all users get the AI Assistant and its agents, except in Experience Manager and Customer Journey Analytics where an admin must grant it, while its May 2026 security overview says an admin must first grant an Enable AI Assistant permission.

AI Assistant (Legacy)
the older AI Assistant chat for product questions and questions about your own setup
The older version of Adobe's AI Assistant, a chat in a side panel of Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer and Customer Journey Analytics. It answers product questions from Adobe's documentation and questions about the customer's own setup, such as how many audiences, datasets or journeys there are and how they connect, working from descriptions of those objects rather than the data inside them. Each user must accept a user agreement first, which also covers new features released as beta.

Data Insights Agent
answers questions about your data by building charts in Customer Journey Analytics
A generative AI agent in Customer Journey Analytics that answers plain-language questions about the customer's data by building charts and tables in Analysis Workspace from a chosen data view. It asks a clarifying question when a request is unclear, and the generated table and chart are there for the user to check. An admin must grant it as a permission in the Admin Console, and each data view must be enabled for it before it can be used.

Coworker Chat
Adobe's AI teammate that plans and carries out multi-step work across Adobe and connected systems
The chat part of CX Enterprise Coworker, which Adobe calls an AI-powered teammate: the user states a goal in plain language, and Coworker Chat plans the work, carries it out across Adobe applications and connected systems, and returns the results for approval. It works in Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Target, Experience Manager, Workfront and Marketo Engage. Teams can extend it with skills, connections to other tools and services, and a memory of preferences. An admin assigns access to its features in the Admin Console.

Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Adobe's agents answering marketing questions inside Microsoft 365 Copilot
An AI-powered Adobe agent inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, in Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, that answers plain-language questions with insights, tables and charts from Experience Platform, using Adobe's AI Assistant and agents behind the scenes. It is read-only, shows only what the user's Adobe account can already see, and keeps the chat history across the Microsoft apps. It appears only once a Microsoft 365 admin has allowed external agents and approved and deployed it.
