Talent Fit
AI matching of each applicant's resume against the job description
Compares each candidate's resume with the job description, labels the candidates it judges a match, and gives every candidate it processes insights into their positives, areas for clarification and concerns. Lever: “Talent Fit automatically identifies top-matched candidates based on job requirements, providing clear justification for each match.” It is switched on for the account and then job by job, and it reprocesses candidates when the job description or their resume changes.
AI Transcripts and Summaries
also called AI Interview Transcripts and Summaries; records and transcribes video interviews and writes a summary
Records and transcribes interviews held on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet and generates a summary that appears in the candidate's Feedback tab. The scheduling email tells the candidate and gives a link to opt out of being recorded, and interviewers cannot edit the AI-generated summary. Lever: “In Lever, you can choose which jobs have AI Transcripts and Summaries enabled, ensuring they are enabled only for non-EU roles as needed.”
Candidate Transparency
AI-written personalised feedback in the email to a rejected candidate
Writes personalised feedback into the email a recruiter sends when archiving a candidate. Lever: “By following existing workflows to archive and email a single candidate, you can generate a personalized disposition email for that candidate.” The recruiter adds a feedback placeholder to the email template, clicks Generate Personalized Feedback and then sends the email; only one email can be generated and sent at a time.
Talent Loss Risk
flags qualified candidates at risk of dropping out and recommends how to re-engage them
Tags qualified candidates as high or medium risk of dropping out of the hiring process and recommends an action, with buttons to send an email or dismiss the risk. Lever: “By analyzing candidate quality signals, communication patterns, and workflow progress, the system flags at-risk candidates and provides timely, actionable recommendations to re-engage them.” It reads time in the current stage, time since the last email, recruiter notes, the interview transcript summary, interview feedback and awaiting approvals, and only checks Talent Fit matches who have passed the recruiter screen or candidates who have passed the recruiter screen and first interview.
Fraud Signals
checks each application for signs of fraud and shows the results in the AI Companion
Checks applicants for red flags and shows the results in the AI Companion on the candidate's profile: whether the email address is valid or disposable, the phone number's line type, how many times the candidate has applied, and whether the companies on the resume have a web presence. Lever: “Fraud Signals detects red flags such as fake email addresses, virtual phone numbers, fast application completions, and mass application patterns so you can spend more time focusing on real candidates.” A user can tag the candidate as suspicious or re-run the checks.

AI Screening by VONQ
an AI chat and voice screening applicants take after applying
After applying on a Lever career site and ticking a consent box, the applicant is taken to an AI screening in two stages — questions in a chat window, then questions answered by voice — and the evaluated answers come back to the candidate's profile as a dossier file. Lever: “AI Screening by VONQ brings AI-powered screening to candidates through chat and voice, cutting through application noise to surface the most relevant candidates faster, so your team can focus on who to move forward, not just who to reject.” Lever shares the candidate and job details with VONQ, and an applicant who does not consent still has the application submitted, without the AI evaluation.
Candidate Insights
powered by ProboTalent; screening assessments generated from the job description and emailed to applicants
Sends the job description to ProboTalent to generate screening assessments, emails them to applicants who reach the New Applicant stage, and posts each completed assessment's score to the candidate's profile as a feedback form. Lever: “Candidate Insights enables Lever customers with AI-curated screening assessments and reference checks so you can identify top candidates early and engage with them sooner.” A recruiter reviews, edits and approves the assessments in ProboTalent before they are used.
AI form builder
in Lever Onboarding; builds an onboarding form from an uploaded PDF, edited by chatting with the AI
Turns an uploaded PDF into an onboarding form and lets an admin change it by chatting with the onboarding AI — for example to write form instructions, translate the form or change a field. Lever: “In Onboarding, you can upload a PDF and use the AI form builder to quickly create and customize onboarding forms.” The form stays a draft until an admin publishes and deploys it.

Programmatic Advertising
job adverts on LinkedIn whose applicants are screened, interviewed and scored by VONQ's AI agent
Promotes a job on LinkedIn; applicants upload their CV and engage with VONQ's AI agent, which asks screening questions and interviews them, and each one who finishes arrives in Lever with a dossier holding a score, a ranking and the interview transcript. Lever: “The agent then reviews both the CV and the responses, scoring each applicant against the job requirements outlined in the job description.” It is set up job by job from the job's promote job tab, and runs for a set number of days or until a set number of applicants have completed it.
