Employ Interview Intelligence

formerly Pillar; AI summaries of recorded interviews and AI-filled intake forms

Records and transcribes interviews through a bot that joins the video meeting, and writes a summary of each. Employ: “At the core, Interview Intelligence records and transcribes interviews.” Employ: “Employ's Interview Intelligence analyzes phrasing throughout the interview to determine when the candidate's sentiment seems to change.” After the meeting in which a recruiter and a hiring manager agree what the role needs, it also uses AI to fill in the intake forms.
