AI-assisted applicant sorting
reads every applicant and sorts them into Top fit, Maybe and Not a fit lists against the job's qualifications
Reads each applicant's CV, screening-question answers and LinkedIn profile, checks them against the must-have and preferred qualifications for the job (which Hiring Pro itself suggests from the job description), writes an AI evaluation and places every applicant in a Top fit, Maybe or Not a fit list automatically, marking each qualification as met, partly met, not met or unclear. If fewer than 10 applicants meet every must-have, it fills Top fit with the closest matches, and it re-evaluates everyone when the qualifications change. The poster can turn off the widening of Top fit in the qualification settings and move applicants by hand. To stop Hiring Pro on a job, choose Switch to classic experience from the three-dots menu on the Job Details page — not possible once anyone has been invited to an AI interview.

AI interviews
an AI interviewer holds an audio or video screening call with applicants and rates each one on a 5-point scale
An AI interviewer holds an audio or, where available, video screening interview with applicants, using questions and ideal answers that AI drafts from the job and the hirer reviews and edits. The hirer can invite up to 40 applicants; some hirers can also let Hiring Pro send the invitations itself, to up to 20 shortlisted or top-fit applicants, or to everyone they shortlist. The hirer receives the recording, the transcript, AI-written summaries and a 5-point rating that averages each answer’s score for match to the ideal answer, supporting detail and clarity; applicants are not shown their rating automatically, and taking the interview is optional for them. The ratings can be turned off in AI Interview Settings, reached from the AI Interview module on the Hiring Plan page, leaving a summary with no rating; LinkedIn calls the feature early-stage.

AI-assisted sourcing and inviting job seekers to apply
finds up to 25 matching LinkedIn members a day and can invite them to apply on the poster's behalf
Searches LinkedIn for members who match most of the job's qualifications, using the job description, the qualifications and what members show on their CVs and profiles, and suggests up to 25 a day. The poster can invite each one, or let Hiring Pro invite all 25 every day until the job has 10 top-fit applicants; it learns from the poster's feedback on the people it suggests. The automatic inviting can be turned off at any time in the Hiring Plan tab.

AI-assisted job descriptions
