AI for Messaging
Message Assist drafts first InMails to sales leads, and Ask for intro; one admin setting covers both
Message Assist drafts a personalised first InMail to a sales lead from what LinkedIn knows about the lead and their company and the seller’s own product details; the recipient is not told AI helped. Ask for intro drafts a request to a shared connection to introduce the seller to a lead, using recent posts, shared experience or education and job changes; it also appears on lead profiles on LinkedIn.com. Both are on by default, and an admin can turn them off for every user on the account.

Account IQ
AI summaries of a target company: priorities, likely pain points, financials and what its staff post
Shows sellers an AI-generated summary on a company's Account page — its strategic priorities, likely pain points, financials, leadership and headcount changes, and what its employees are talking about on LinkedIn — built from LinkedIn's own data and public information, and can explain how the seller's product might fit. It is on by default; an admin can turn it off for every user on the account.

It also works inside connected CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Oracle). It is on by default; an admin can turn it off for every user on the account.
