Intuit Intelligence
the AI chat and assistant in QuickBooks Online, including AI skills that run tasks on a schedule
A chat assistant that answers questions from the company's QuickBooks data, analyses uploaded files, builds reports, explains why figures changed and carries out multi-step tasks; people can also build their own AI-powered automations by describing a task in plain language. Intuit: “Intuit Intelligence combines artificial intelligence (AI) and business intelligence (BI) to give answers and automate financial tasks in QuickBooks.” It can open automatically as a companion pane for primary and company admins.

AI suggestions
on the bank transactions page: AI matches and categorises each bank transaction
Suggests how to handle every transaction that comes in from a connected bank or card account — a match to an existing record, including partial and combined matches, or a category — with a confidence badge on each match. Intuit: “When you connect a bank or credit card account, QuickBooks reviews each transaction.” The person accepts or changes each suggestion. Intuit says all QuickBooks Online customers can use the AI-powered bank transactions page.
Accounting AI
checks transaction details and receipts, finds reconciliation issues and looks for accounting problems in reports
Asks accountants, clients or team members for missing transaction details and files, and checks what comes back; on some plans it also looks for issues when you reconcile bank accounts and analyses Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss trends for accounting problems such as duplicates or miscategorisations, explaining the root cause. Intuit: “Your Accounting AI helps automatically verify the right receipts are uploaded and that enough detail is provided.”
Customer AI
reads your Gmail or Outlook inbox to find and follow up sales leads
Once an email account is connected, finds potential customers in the inbox, ranks them as hot or warm, summarises each opportunity, drafts reply emails and fills in estimates from the conversation. Intuit: “After connecting, the Customer AI reads 30 days of emails to identify potential leads for review.” It keeps monitoring email conversations and suggests changes the person confirms or dismisses.

Finance AI
financial summaries, forecasts and recommendations across your companies
Produces a summary of financial performance — income and expenses, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets and forecasts — with comparisons to industry standards and recommendations to increase income and cut costs, updated daily; people can also chat with it. Intuit: “It can collect data and insights across all your companies, not just one.”

Project Management AI
sets up projects, estimates and budgets from your documents and tracks deviations
Fills in project details from approved estimates and uploaded contracts, builds estimates and budgets, suggests profit margin goals from company and industry data, and tracks the gap between estimates and actuals with suggested corrective actions. Intuit: “The Project Management AI helps you set up new projects faster and uses company and industry data to suggest profit margin goals.” People review the details it fills in before saving and can dismiss any suggestion.

VAT AI Agent
checks a VAT return against the Profit and Loss before filing (beta)
Run as a pre-file check on an open VAT period, it compares Profit and Loss income with the VAT return's net sales, lists the transactions behind any difference, such as a missing VAT rate or the wrong type of account, and suggests how to resolve them. Intuit: “It does not make changes for you.” It does not support the Flat Rate Scheme. Intuit: “The VAT AI Agent is a beta feature with limited availability.”

Needs Attention
AI picks out and ranks what needs your action, next to the work Intuit AI has already done for you
A prioritised list, on the homepage and its own page, of what needs a person's action — overdue invoices, unreviewed transactions, questions assigned to them — next to a list of work AI has already completed, such as categorised transactions ready to post. Intuit: “It uses AI to show you exactly what needs your attention and what AI has already handled for you.” Each completed item shows when it was done and who did it, so a person can review it. It replaces the earlier Business Feed and Task Manager.

Cash Flow Planner
machine learning predicts when each customer will pay an open invoice
In the Cash Flow Planner, a machine learning model predicts when a customer will pay an open invoice, using the invoice amount, whether the invoice was sent and viewed, and the customer's payment history. Intuit: “The Cash Flow Planner now has the ability to predict when a customer will pay your invoice, based on certain due dates.” People can change the expected dates in the planner; that does not change the due dates on the invoices.
